About Me
I was raised in a small town in Illinois and it shaped my world view. I thought that life was small and the world was smaller. My adventurous spirit found expression in athletics and I was organically elevated into leadership roles on my teams. As I moved on from the small world and into college I found myself enjoying the wonder of what was possible when I applied myself so I studied finance with hopes of becoming a venture capitalist. While working my second corporate job, I realized that finance lacked the depth of humanity I knew would bring me a meaningful life.
I quit the corporate world and embarked on a journey with psychedelics to study myself and the cosmos. I trained intensively with my teacher for 5 years in various realms of insight from shamanism to human growth and development, depth psychology to mysticism and virtually everywhere in between and beyond. In the years of training as well as in my own professional practice, I have served well over two thousand people as a psychedelic guide. This grand adventure paved the way for me to become one of the most influential voices on the 15 person Natural Medicine Advisory Board Subcommittee for Qualifications, Training, and Licensure where I helped develop the core curriculum for the State of Colorado’s Natural Medicine Facilitator Program.
In the years since I first began my journey into self study, I’ve discovered and immersed myself in rites of passage, initiations, and teacher trainings to hone my capacity to serve others while refining my own sense of being. I find great purpose in leadership and I strive to refine and embody my highest principles while leading people to do the same. The integrity that I bring to my life, my practice, and my community is essential to my service. I believe the path of the true human being is one of humility; to live in accordance with the fundamental curriculum of our unique life’s journey wherever the path may lead. And to do so with an open heart.
